You were never meant to carry it alone.

A sisterhood for Christian women growing toward Christ - through the wounds, the weight, and the quiet work of becoming who He made us to be.

The problem

You're doing everything right. So why does it still feel so heavy?

You love your family. You've found your faith. You show up to church, you pray, you try.

But no one sees the parts you carry in secret.

The glass of wine that turned into three. The anger that scares you. The old wounds that never quite healed. The quiet voice that says you're failing as a wife, as a mother, as a woman, no matter how hard you try.

You've been told to just pray harder. To offer it up. And you do. But you were never meant to heal in isolation.

The Myrrh-Bearing Women didn't run from the grave. They walked straight toward the hardest thing, together, in the dark before dawn, and they were the first to meet the risen Christ.

That's what this is. Sisters walking toward the hard things together, and finding Him there.

Maybe you know this weight:

- No real sisterhood or accountability in daily life

- Losing yourself in everyone else's needs

-Numbing the stress: wine, scrolling, food, control

-Anxiety, insecurity, and the voice that says you're not enough

-Marriage that feels lonely, tense, or disconnected

-Mother wounds, father wounds, and an unresolved past

-Resentment, anger, or bitterness you can't shake

-Drifting without discipline, direction, or purpose

The Framework

Good women.

Good At Being Women.

Every woman needs two relationships to flourish. A vertical relationship with Christ;

lived through prayer, the sacraments, and the spiritual guidance of her priest/spiritual father.

And a horizontal relationship with other women who understand the road,

because some things are meant to be carried shoulder to shoulder.

This group is the horizontal.

We are not spiritual counsel. We will never take the place of your priest or the Church's care for your soul,

that sacred ground belongs to him alone. What we offer is the sisterhood beside you:

a certified, trauma-informed space to do the real work of healing, growth,

and self-mastery, walked through with women who've been there and

a facilitator trained to guide it.

Grow toward Christ.

Grow alongside your sisters.

We're here for the second.

WHO IT'S FOR -

Built for women who are ready to do the work.

The Culture:

The sisterhood upholds the beauty of marriage, motherhood, faith, and authentic womanhood. We reject the restless, numbing patters of modern life and call women to something higher; to be grounded, virtuous, and whole. We don't perform strength here; we build it. Most of our members are Christian, and all of them hold a deep reverence for traditional values. You don't have to be Christian to join, but you do need to honor what this sisterhood stands for.

The Standard:

This is not a drop-in group. It's not a feel-good space or a place for passive scrolling. The sisterhood asks for weekly attendance, honest check-ins, real vulnerability, and a willingness to be gently challenged. If you're looking for a quick fix or surface-level encouragement, this isn't the place. But if you're ready to stop hiding, do the deep work, and become the woman God is calling you to be, we will walk with you every step of the way.

Mary's Story

I didn't come to this work from a book. I came to it from my own life. I grew up in a home shaped by addiction and trauma, I've set painful boundaries with people I was supposed to trust, and I've fought my way out of a relationship that cost me pieces of who I was. That pain became my purpose: I earned a degree in criminology and became a victim's advocate, specializing in walking alongside survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. I also know grief that doesn't make sense, the loss of children I never got to raise, and the sudden loss of someone I loved deeply. I've learned that faith doesn't erase the ache, but it does mean we never have to grieve alone.

Then my life turned toward home. I married my favorite person in the world, we're raising three children, and in 2022 we were received into the Eastern Orthodox Church, a homecoming that reshaped everything, drawing me out of a deeply feminist, progressive world into something older and truer. I threw myself into homeschooling and founded MBM Press, creating Orthodox resources for families like mine. I won't pretend to be something I'm not: I haven't spent thousands of hours facilitating groups. But I bring a degree in criminology, certification as a trauma-informed counselor, six years of connecting with women around the world, and most of all, a life where I've truly healed. Not hidden, not coping. Healed. That's why I'm here: once you've found solid ground, you can't help but turn around and reach back. You don't have to do this alone.

Join the sisterhood

and become the woman God designed you to be.
